Say Cheese!

My mommy had another doctor's appointment today to check on me. This was a fun visit to the doctor's office because they wanted to take pictures of me and see how big I was getting. I am weighing in at 4 lbs 12 oz and everything is looking great. My head is enormous. My daddy thinks that may be because of him...any of you who have seen his bald head lately will most likely agree. I am getting my mommy ready by making her have Braxton Hicks contractions for the last week or so. As for the pictures, I found it hard to get the energy up to do too much, but here you go.
We will start out with the 2D images. The first one is a picture of my face in 2-D...Look at my jaw structure and nose. The next is, well how should i put this...my Leroy. For those of you who may not know Leroy, it is what makes me a BOY.

Now they decided to turn on this 3D/4D ultrasound machine and I was just worn out so I slept on my mommy's hip, but they kept taking pictures of my face. Do you think I look like Mommy or Daddy? Mommy says I have Daddy's big lips. I say some women pay a lot of money for lips like these.

What does a boy at 32 weeks, 2 days gestational age do when he is sleeping...sucks his thumb of course.

I figured since you were going through the effort to look at me, I would smile for you and open up my eyes. I better get used to picture taking from what my cousin Cole tells me. Cheese!

Update--Sorry for the Lack of Posts!

Let us be the first to apologize for not posting any new blogs over the past weeks. We moved into our new home on Friday February 29th and since then it has been a chore even trying to find the computer. We did take pictures last week, but never posted them. Amy and our baby boy are doing very well. We started birthing classes last Tuesday. They continue through April 22nd. We enjoyed the first class and look forward to learning and preparing for the birth of our little boy...I know, you can't prepare for that, but we are keeping a positive mind about it. We ordered our nursery furniture last weekend so it should be arriving shortly and we will definitely post pictures of the nursery once we have the furniture in it. We did take pictures of the closet and shelves as we placed the first items in it just after moving in. We wanted to enjoy this together and it was amazing. The little things mean so much. Meg--we still have to go through all of the bins you passed on to us. We really appreciate you doing that for us. We just went to Babies R Us this weekend and bought another 100 hangers...it is getting excessive, but we love it.

We will have some exciting posts this weekend as we have a couple big events coming up this week. Friday we will be doing our 3D/4D ultrasound at BabyInMe4D. I will definitely post the pictures this weekend. On Saturday, our family friend, Sara, is throwing Amy her first baby shower. Amy's parents will be coming up on Friday to join in all of the fun on Friday & Saturday.

I know this was not a very exciting post, but I was reminded by Meg that we had not posted in a very long time so I wanted to post an update this morning...Sorry!
